Securing Model 3 steering wheel

Can anyone post a picture showing what washers/rings/etc are used to fasten the steering wheel to the axis on a Model 3 dash?
Mine only came with the M8 bolt and a single spring washer. According to the manual there should be multiple bits and pieces: a washer, a spring washer and a third part (cannot remember what it was atm).
Since a picture says more than a thousand words.. I would be very obliged
