Tyco AMP to VGA Connector

I've got a Nanao MS9-29A with a tyco amp connector that I need to plug into a cyberlead. I have the plug from the amp connector I just need to to put the d-sub 15 connector on it. I'm not sure where the pins go. Any help would be appreciated.
