Is this correct for the voltage?

if i want to plug a capcom converter with the sys 246 can i use this adapter
or i need another one with different wires layout?

These are easy to make.
The 246/256 will work with the capcom IO and a special cable except...
WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING
If you have an after-market or aging DVD drive in your 246, it will draw more power than usual, which I would *assume* can fry a Capcom IO.
The extra power draw of after-market DVD drives will *DEFINITELY* fry a Namco JVS IO (the standard one that comes with the 246).
WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING
So after all those warnings... you can easily run the DVD drive power off of a JVS power supply (it has a normal PC 4 pin power connector) so that it's power draw isn't going through the JVS power connector. YMMV, IMHO, it's an extra step that's definitely worth taking.
