How do you hook up the Kick Harness to a Sega I/O?

I have a Sega Naomi Guilty Gear Accent Core and I'm trying to hook the Kick Harness up.

Where is the kick Harness on the Sega I/O board? I know it's nothing like a Capcom I/O.
