Which cabinet are we talking about?

You don't really need a guide, it's very easy.

The easiest way if you are alone is to put a cabinet on its back, take off the monitor plastics, unbolt the 4 big bolts which hold the monitor in place, disconnect the wires to the monitor chassis just to be sure not to get anything stuck while turning (generally a power loom and a video loom), lift the monitor and turn it 90 degrees, fit the bolts again, put the plastic back on, done :)

If you have a friend to help, same procedure but without putting the cabinet on its back. Don't be a hero, those monitors are very heavy and i strongly suggest either putting the cab on its back or getting a friend to help.

Some extra caution is needed if you have a Konami Windy cabinet, as those don't come with protection around the neckboard of the monitor, and if you happen to touch something with that while turning the monitor and it breaks then you can throw away your monitor.

Pretty much every other general cabinet has protection so less to worry about :)

Yeah, that is it. The Windy also had the issue of the chassis being attached to the cab, not to the monitor.
