Anlog Output on Zombie Revenge going CRAZY

I got a Zombie Revenge and the analog controls are going crazy.
Every once in a while it will be fine but most of the time it only goes in 1 direction and holds down that input.
Would this be a problem with the sticks or the JVS I/O?

More likely the I/O board, as I'd expect one stick to-do this, not both.
Check the analogue in the I/O test.

I'll post a video tomorrow to show exactly what's going on.
I can't get to the cp till I get some starbit screwdrivers.
Also, all of the buttons are fine and nothing wierd with them if that helps.

no need to get under the cp for the test mode . there is a test mode switch on the naomi's filterboard.

I was mainly talking about getting to the controls.
I made 2 videos showing what happens when in the two I/O tests.

The first player only walks left, up, and down, but mostly up and left.
The second player can walk in any direction but continues to walk in that direction and will not stop.

I am having this same problem ever since I swapped out my sticks for new ones. The characters only move right. Did you ever get it figured out?

It was my I/O as whenever I put in a new game (lol CF drive) that used analog, it would just go as crazy.
What does your JVS test look like without the sticks plugged in?
