MotherBoard Chihiro and Xbox

Dear friends
I 'm looking for some information about Chihiro system:
For exemple a 1GB ram Chihiro, boot on .xbe application named segaboot, after that, is the dashboard.xbe (XBOX) take the command?
Do you think BIOS Chihiro support a HDD and DVD reader like Debug Xbox kit? (I know the Xbox Motherbaord inside is a 128 MB, like Debug, maybe is the same motherbaord with same BIOS)
