I need to know does the capcom io give enough power that net dimm works on naomi and triforce?

Don't do it. Capcom I/O will only power normal cart setup. the 3.3v converter in it can't handle DIMM boards, the system will crash. Get a SUN (NAOMI) PSU.

You CAN run the Capcom I/O with the Naomi 1 with the Net DIMM, but you cannot power the Naomi from the Capcom I/O.

Run power to the JAMMA connector for the I/O and run the Naomi from the Sun power supply. This is what i do when I run systems on my repair workbench.

this is what i want to do but unsure how to get power to the SUN psu.Im in the UK so do i need to run it through a step down convertor?

The SUN PSU will have the input voltage listed by the model number. Mine is 100-120VAC so it would need the step-down. There may be some that accept your local voltage without a converter, not sure about that.

so do i snip the connector off the 2 wires(black/white) and fit a usa plug to it then that goes to the step down convertor?
