Naomi 1 running slow

Hi, i have 2 mobo1's that seem to play very slow. It is as if they are moving frame by frame and juddery.
Any ideas what could be the problem? Checked al the wires and power supply. I have a working mobo so i know it is not the cab or game cartridge.

slow naomi is generally a BGA issue.

BGA is a ball grid array chip, so it requires some serious equipment to sort, the tin foil route sometimes works (like they use on Xbox/PS3) - but not really professional, to go down the professional route you need the right tools and an xray machine.
In the case of Naomi 1's, it's always cheaper to buy another.
