Osd issue

hi,
I have a virtua tennis 3 cabinet with sanwa 29PFX monitor.
I can't access to OSD(neither in service menu), only degauss button from remote board is working .
update:
In fact my remote control is working fine, but i just don't see the "on screen display".
i can tune my monitor , but it's not easy.
any ideas to solve this problem?
