Hooking coin mech to game boards

Hi all,
I have a Cashflow 330 coin acceptor that I gto from an old megatouch which was wired directly to an ISA card that I assumed acted as a coin validator aswell as sound card and i/o board. My question is, do I need to have a coin validator board to use the cash mech on other boards like the Naomi? I tried to work out the pinout on the machine and while I got most things I couldn't figure out out what the OPB, OPE, OPF or OPD were. I assumed they were the different types of coin outputs but they don't get grounded so I'm confused. Anyhelp is appreicated.

Also, the Megatouch game wouldn't accept 20p coins. The acceptor would take them in but the game never noticed this. Any reason?
