VS3 input test

When doing the input test I get ON on all buttons and all joystick movements for both player 1 and 2 but joystick movement down is OFF for both joysticks?

I have virtua stricker 3 as game.

In the game I can move the player left, right and upp but not down for either player 1 or 2.

What shall I do?

The triforce setup have an extension cable between the control panel and the cabinet. Once that extension is removed and the digital control panel is connected directly into the cabinet everything works as intended
