Standard Naomi Uni 29E31S Problem.. anyone ever solved this?

Hi all!
After buying a Naomi Universal Cabinet i realised that it had some problems with overscan or width in the picture.
After lots of searching online, I found out that this is very common, and alot of ppl already made posts all over about this issue.. But I cannot find any solution..
Nobody ever solved this? Or did ppl find the problem and just forgot to post the result?
I cannot make the picture small enough for the screen, if I try making it less wide the four corners just stops shrinking, but the middle of the picture continues to shrink. Exactly the same problem as this other thread, so i will borrow it alittle, for the pictures:

Please have a look and tell me if i should even bother or just throw it out and get another chassis?
