Sega-Naomi

Hello everyone I hope someone can help me I'm looking for a jamma wiring harness for my naomi universal with naomi 1 system. I know I will also require some kind of converter for the video. I think this may be what I need but it says its for a versus city will it work in my cab? Here is a link to the item
