Naomi 2 Mainboard Repair: Broken PIN

Hi Guys,
I have the following problem with my Naomi 2 Mainboard. On one of my DIMM/Game connectors (red circle) a Pin is broken (yellow circle).
I think I might be able to thread a new one - but I didn't manage to remove/open the connector.
When turning the motherboard around - I think there might be a mechanism to do this (blue/green circles).
Can somebody give me a hint on how to repair this thing?
