Naomi buttons not working correctly?

Hi can somebody help me? I have Naomi cab and when press 3 buttons same time any of them isnt responding? Like if I press upper left and button 1 nothing happens. I can only press to upper left or left and button 1??? Why this happens and how could I fix it? Oh and its JVS not Jamma!!!

There's a good chance the JVS I/O may be broken, check the wiring under the control panel is all good first too, to sticks and buttons.
What about player 2side?

I havent wired the 2 player side but I tried with my supergun setup and controller. same problem. I will try different I/O today.
