Problem after replacing chassis on sanwa 29e31s

Hi all, new here and looking for some help, I recently replaced the chassis in my monitor as the image was stretching after time which seems a common enough fault. Never replaced a chassis before and thought I had it sorted but upon turning the system on all I'am getting is a single vertical line down the centre of the screen. The remote board seems to adjust brightness and the horizontal but vertical has no effect, could I have replaced the yolk cables incorrectly? According to the service manual the wires seem fine. brown/white blue/red. Any help would be appreciated?
