Problem with SEGA F355 challenge

Hello,
I have a problem with SEGA F355 challenge (with 3 screens).Machine after start is loaded as it is necessary, shows GAME start and after the screen to shine and occurs nothing. The TEST shows that all OK. At reset too most.

In what there can be a problem?
