Auto Centering Issue

Post by OldFoo »

Hi guys,

Ive got sega lindbergh and outrun 2 sp

Im using a model 3 assembly and with serial ffb board I get no auto centering at all ingame, whilst I still get force feedback if i go off track etc

What could be the issue?

Ive checked the wiring and everything looks correct

Not too familiar with Lindbergh driver feedback as I haven't managed to find a serial board yet, but is there a test in the test menu that allows you to check/test left/right/centre?

If its all ok in there your getting what the game gives you, not sure when you mean it needs centering in game, think it doesn't do that itself on the chihiro version in game it stays true to the cars wheels direction a bit similarly to Sega Rally 2 as oppose to scud which centres all the while so your fighting it at all times.

Well there is no 'power steering' feeling at all ingame, I was told that wheel should spin to center ingame if I release it etc

Test menu for outrun has right and left but no center
