i listened about compatibility between hd and la riders model 3 step 2 and daytona 2 board step 2.1



so i bought a complete HD for my daytona and tryed to exchange the hd game rom for the DAYTONA 2 , and nothing is working



i would like to ask to people here if i was wrong about compatibility or something wrong to my daytona 2 game rom i tryed to change to the step 2 cpu and video board

Is there a security board too? If so that needs swapping over too or if not doesn't need one attached to the board its going on.

Right, just swap the ROM boards and remove the DUSA2 small security PCB. I have done the same exact switch and it works fine. If it doesn't there is something wrong with the ROM board that is not working
