what pin does USE ITEM on Mario Kart 1 & 2 on a JVS IO go?

Hiya Mick hope your well, It has been many many years but I'm sure it was pin 35 if I recall correctly.

yeah found that, but guessing that relates to the NAMCO IO etc, which is different



just curious to see if anyone had done it before I start poking wires randomly :D

ok so on the JVS plug is one row 1-30 (pin 1 and 2 are looped) and then top row is 31-60?

Top row nearest the edge is 2-60

Bottom row is 1-59

Should have numbers each edge of the socket on the pcb to tell you for sure.

ah okay i broke down and pulled cabinet apart so I could see what's what and yep has numbers on it, missing a pin in 35, so pulled one from another (view change) and moved to 35 , waiting for it to boot :D
