Chihiro outrun 2 force feedback pinout

I'm trying to figure out how to wire a complete outrun 2 dash to the servo midi board And the I/O board for forcefeedback....if anyone have any pinouts our knows how to wire everthing up please help me out...Thanks.

Sorry for the noob questions, im still learning and new to all this.
1)In the Diagram for the Servo Midi CN5 pin 1,4,7 is pin 1 hot pin 4 common and pin 7 ground....can i wire it without a transformer straight from the outlet 120v AC?...
2)In the Diagram for the Chihiro CN9 is that on the filter board i don't see it on my type 1?...Is it even needed?..
3)Can the Chihiro switch to 15khz like the Naomi or is it only 31khz?..
4)Does anyone know the dip switch settings for the Chihiro Type 1?...

will Outrun 2 work with a Type 1 mobo?
