my net dimm vesion 2.06 and I dont have upgrade gdrom for net dimm, I want to burn 29lv160 directly from eprom programmer, point is should I burn as is, binary file or "swap byte" it and burn in this way

I flashed orginal 4.01 firmware bin file which comes with "transfergame.exe" did not work

If you are using the 'transfergame.exe' method, you also need the 'zero key'. If the bin file you have is not decrypted, it will not work with this method unless you have the 4.01 key.
