Hi all,

1st sorry to discriminate, but sadly non UK people can't do this.

Nu Labour are wanting to shut Bletchley Park, the site where the enigma Code was decrypted during the 2nd world war, and is also a site of British (and IMHO world) history.

Not that it will probably do much good, but someone has setup one of those Petition the PM things, so I hope there might be some people on here who felt the same as I do.

There are plans to try get this to be the new Computing History of the UK site too, since the last one (in Coventry IIRC) got shut down, 'cos there weren't enough Lesbian/Paraplegic/minority ties to it.

Anyway linky's here

I went there a year or so ago - very interesting and well worth saving. Was great (and also slightly strange) to be shown around the place by someone that used to work there!

I'd urge others to visit and sign the petition
