Word, however I found out that you can actually switch the sticks for Sanwa JLJ - they must have the flat plate (8V). I am also 99% positive, that you can put the JLJ on the VER.5.2 panel with the angled plate (8NV) - just need that plate to verify and Akihabara didn't reply to me yet, regarding a single plate

I've seen that configuration before. I don't know what (if any) modifications are required, though. I'm glad I already have a couple 5.2 panels and had no interest in the auction I linked cuz it sold for a wallet busting 29,600 yen. :smt004
