A big thank you has GILLOT MR XAVIER (HIKARU) for 4 years for having broken foots this tekkouze :smt005 5 cab & other great service

I don't think I've ever seen one with the Tekken 5 arwork on the side like that.

It's Musapey's Choco Marker. A fantastic puzzler in my opinion, and one of the few Naomi games that hasn't been ported to consoles.
