Same as all the other driving cabs.
UK artwork is a tad flakey, but the topper box is Japan as is the IC boards etc.
Sega have changed the wiring colour and plug connectors..

Could you give me an idea of what could be the cost of a driving cab like this one?

Yes, but you don't get in trouble with the law for speeding in these cars. The maintenance after each race is cheaper too.
