Very, very, very, very nice.

Looks amazing. Like new, actually. Is Outrun 2 good enough to warrant this conversion? I guess the answer is 'yes' ;)

Seriously? wow.

Still thinking about buying a Daytona USA. I should probably play OR2 before I decide, then..

OR2 just seams to age well, 7 years old now yet still looks nice & plays great.

The again played 8P Daytona at xmas in London with the AO boys, that's still great also.

Funny for all the praise that Namco games (Ridge Racer ect) got at their time, not many places still keep them unlike Sega racers.

I agree. Sega Racers, especially games like Daytona are all about gameplay. There is still a Daytona 1 at the local bowling alley here, and it just keeps people coming back for more when they are done hurting their fingers on those damned bowling balls.

Great thing about Daytona is the fact that graphics are pretty outdated, but the gameplay compensates for that. I think Daytona will still be good 5 years from now. Just love it.

Now.. where to find a OR2 that I can give a spin.. :D

Ahh.. true indeed.. why did I not remember. I was there a few months ago, giving Afterburner Climax (commander cab) a spin.
