It means that they are Cave games ported to a console (In this case Xbox 360) if that's what you meant

I don't know anything about cave games.



Is there a starting point with a list of games?

Awesome to get the first game I played on my vertical New Net City. A big thank you to Akraten for turning me on to such a cool game. I love Milestone and their spirit. I sincerely hope they will continue to release great games.
