Pro Evo Soccer in Naomi cab? (ebay)

Never heard of this setup. According to system16.com the hardware is pc based Konami. Anyone know more about this? I have no intention of buying this (panel looks battered but price is not bad) but i just wondered.

yes, here are more information but about the japanese version, winning eleven 2003 arcade style. I never saw the european or usa version.
