Yuck. I hate that cart.
I've fixed one before for someone. It ran perfect at 5.0v, he kept running it at 5.2, complaining that it would lock up. I replaced the buffers and knock on wood, it's been running since.
I just hope that 5.2 doesn't cook the buffers again.
It'll run about $50 + shipping to do the work. It takes quite a few of those chips.

ok pm so i can know were to ship it and thx dont worry im trying to find an actual sega power suply with the power adjustments so i can make sure it never happens again not to mention i plan on getting other carts too i just had to learn the hard hard way im such a noob but we all have to learn some how and thanks to every one for all thier help
