Thanks for all your replies guys. All of you have been very helpful. Now I have another dilemma. Off the psu issue and on to another Naomi Issue. The Nightmare continues.
Get Ready cause this is going to be alot of reading. I just got my bundle in the mail today that I bought off someone. The Bundle includes Naomi1 board, Gd Rom, Capcom IO, IO Power cable, Gd Rom Power Splitter Cable, VGA Cable, Audio Cables, Gd Rom to Dimm Cable.
1. Hooked up the IO to supergun via jamma harness.
2.Hooked up the power extension from IO to Power splitter extension to Naomi1.
3. Vga from IO to Naomi 1
4. Audio from IO to Naomi
5. Gd rom Cable to Dimm
Turned on and got No Video Or Sound, although I could hear the Naomi Fan which is pretty loud I got nothing. I disconnected everything and hooked up everything except the gd rom and power splitter. I ran the power cable this time directly from the Naomi 1 to the Io to bypass the gd rom and still when I turned it on, no audio or video. So I went and got my pc Lcd and bypassed the IO and hooked up directly from the vga on the naomi 1 to the monitor because maybe I though I had a bad IO and still nothing.
So now I'm thinking that maybe its my supergun that does not have enough juice to power the naomi sufficiently so I took the whole setup over to my apartment to try just the naomi1 and IO on my astro city and got the same thing, No video or audio. Although the IO does power the Naomi 1 I get nothing. I tried different audio and vga cables and still nothing. I'm freakin pissed right now. So now I'm hoping its the Naomi1 board that is bad because there easy and cheap to find, but I'm hoping its not the IO that went bad.
Do you guys think the Naomi1 Board is bad or could it be something else? I know I hooked everything up correctly. I mean It looks like common sense. I understand to run the gd rom I might need that extra psu, but I bypassed the gdrom and just hooked up the Naomi 1 and Io to both my supergun and astro city. One or the other had to work.
Sega Naomi1 W/ GdRom Setup????

try unpluging the gd-rom and the dimm as a capcom IO will support see if you get the naomi splash screen when they are removed.
to power a gd-rom your going to need a extra PSU as I found out when I first started my gd-rom collection.
hope this helps.
Did that already and still no video or sound.

I already did, but I honestly think the Naomi board is bad. I could see the Naomi and gd rom setup not working, but I shouldn't need a power supply to power up just the naomi. I know plenty of people with naomi boards in there cabinets and they don't have a extra power supply. Anyways, I already ordered another mobo. Will keep you guys updated.
