I have the Capcom DC pannel on my Impress:

only works on MVC2, CVS2 & SFZ3U (Japanese bios only) you can tranfer data between arcade & home versions of those games & play the games with the DC pad.

i found a new pic panel, and now i think i was wrong

with the outtrigger panel, i indicate "sega IO" but it is not

it's the optical pcb i think ?

like in the golf panel... the optical pcb is at right

(when see the panel in back)

so, how does it look a sega IO ?

how manu versin it exist ?

how to connect two memory card reader with VF.FT ? (because a realy interesting to do it, lol)

You can find a picture of the Sega I/O on the main website under "Hardware". There are a about 4 versions that have been

made. I also mentioned before that there are two Maple connections on the Naomi, 1 for player 1, 1 for player 2.

The connections is a row of pins that the card reader attatches to.

In this picture:

You can see the long, white connector on the lower, right hand side. This gets connected to the Naomi.

Since there are two Maple, you can connect two readers.

i try without I/O because i don't have

the mobo start, the gd load, but i get

"error io not connected"

LOL

(but i waiting for an capcom I/O...)

and i can see in VF.FT setting (test mode)

there is network fonction

and 2 memory card reader capability

i will add some question (sorry):

does it necessary to connect the 2 power connector of a naomo board ?

CN1 and CN2 ? because a try with only CN1, it work,

so CN2 is usefull (needed) to do what ?

and with CN1 i connect the gd-rom, but with the gd-rom power cable pin 5 is not connected (GND).

is it normal ? does the naomi working good ?

Technically speaking, Naomi will work with just CN1. The Capcom I/O doesn't have a second connector for CN2, but still works fine.

how to change old fan who make horrible noise, with none on the motherboard, and the gd-rom ?

i didn't see any tutorial here ?

with some pic it's much easier.

i don't have all part, so i try like this for me moment.

i get wwf royal rumble but bad bios (error 01)

my board has jap bios i think (VF.FT)

and wwf need usa or others, is that true ?

my naomi 2 bios is 23605A

and i search game compatibility in the site, but

wwf isn't.

someone know with witch bios wwf will work ?

i don t have cabinet

it s a home made box with two layers, i put the naomi on it (like a third layer)

because a work on it and other little things.

i make an home-made "arcade system" with rgb output,

and the naomi 2 with gd-rom seem working good

with my power supply in direct, so i hope it will be the same with

the capcom IO.

because i don't want to change my psu.

(i plan to destroy my arcade box to make two new box,

because of the new and future systems, keep my

arcade-system (the little black box), build anothers

more "universal, complete, and powerfull" arcade-system)

notice the arcade box can stand up by the left (to take elevator LOL)

and that's why i don't understand all in wiring the panel with IO

(i don t have any cab)

but i want to connect 2 MCR in the future, to my naomi

for VF.FT, and i search for picture to understand it.

i also search for changing fan in the motherboard with a tutorial maybe, but i don't found one...
