Does Anyone Know What Game This IC Chip is for?

Hello, everybody.

When I bought my DIMM Module a while back, it came with an IC chip included with it (but no GD-ROM disc). I have always wondered what game the IC chip is for. The number on it is 253-5508-0312. Is there anyway to know what game that chip is for?

I'd appreciate any assistance in the matter. Thank you.
