Virtua Fighter 4 Final Tuned Bios Question

In the process of getting a Naomi 2 Gd-rom setup together and wanted to know if a different bios is necessary to play VF4 FT.

Probably JP bios (not sure here) and a 3.17 Net Dimm version (very much sure)
