Confidential mission gun alignment

Hi,

Recently, I bought a Confidential mission (in the naomi universal upright cabinet). Very nice game!

But I noticed that during the game, gun alignment drifts, making it impossible to hit targets. However initially the alignment is correct.

Does anybody recognise these symtoms? I noticed the 2 upper left IR receiver plastic lenses above the CRT are a bit dull (might been wrongly cleaned). Can this be the cause? Or maybe some IR receivers are broken?

And does anybody know where I can find a (on-line) copy of the manuals?

Dang im having trouble with getting the dreamcast version to align the gun properly.

Try re-aligning the gun from the service menu. If you calibrate it to use the very far edges of the screen, sometimes the game registers it as being the other side, so calibrate an inch or two within the screen boundaries.

comon failure with the sega gun games,goto ebay us grab a couple new led sensors for around the screen they go for about 30usd each
