4-Speed shifter

I need a 4-speed shifter for nascar arcade and I can get a daytona usa one and was wondering if that would work with it.I am assuming that these shifters are made in a way that they can be used on other 4-speed shifter sega games.

Technically speaking, 2 and 4 way shifters are modified joysticks. They have the same spring switches and wiring as joysticks. It may not have the same molex connector, but it can be cut off and modified to serve your purpose.
