Kit to Convert Your Sega Lost World to use Happ Guns
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0081230986
I emailed the seller and aksed if it would work with NAOMI
"Hi, I designed this for Sega Lost World to take care of the once a week service calls I was having with my machines.
When I shared my success with some local operators they all asked me to do their machines too.
I have had alot of people ask if this will work on Naomi titles, but I don't own any to test it on.
I am currently working with another operator to see if I can try to convert his HOD2.
I will keep your email on file and let you know how it turns out....."
This would be nice for those of us that do not have a dedicated shooting cabinet.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Yeah, I came across this auction when it was still available. It's nice, but seems limited to specific hardware/games. As for if it will work on Naomi? I would say it's unlikely. Shooting games on Naomi come with their own gun boards and tend to be used in place of the usual I/O and hook up to the USB. This board is just an intermediate adapter/converter to the HOD Model 3 hardware.
I doubt it works period!!
Those games do not flash the screen white, so the old Model 2A/2B CRX gun board wouldn't detect, also instead of Analogue it uses the RS422 to communicate.
Maybe just a quirk in Lost World, that they where originally going to use Vcop/HOTD gun setup, then decieded to move to IR Type 2.
I should get of my butt and test it on HOTD2, but to be honest I have so little doubt it works, that I can't be bothered.
