Yes, i have that manual and also the tekken 4 manual, the two games than i have. But i want the specific system 246 manual, i was looking for and i didn?t found.
The manual than i want is similar to this : http://img502.imageshack.us/my.php?imag ... 256sg3.jpg but for system 246 because that is for system 256.

Just an FYI- If the I/O's LED is blinking, it means there is a voltage issue. Resolve that before you troubleshoot anything else.
Also, when you insert the DVD and close the tray, make sure you turn the system off for a minimum of 30 seconds before you attempt to boot it.
If all you're getting is a black screen, your resolution dip settings are either incorrect, or your motherboard it dead.
