Just for the record. It takes litle time for the system 246 to startup. Wait a litle and se what happens.

And you change from 31 to 15 khz with switch # 3 (ON = 31 khz, OFF = 15 khz).

You have the manual for the system here:

http://www.namco.co.uk/PDF-manuals/namc ... Manual.pdf

Its great to have! Good luck!

EDIT - Oh, the dipsettings are on page 15

Yes, i have that manual and also the tekken 4 manual, the two games than i have. But i want the specific system 246 manual, i was looking for and i didn?t found.

The manual than i want is similar to this : http://img502.imageshack.us/my.php?imag ... 256sg3.jpg but for system 246 because that is for system 256.

Sorry but I can't help you... That's the manual I use. But I don't use the JAMMA-PCB. I plug mine straight into my naomi universal. Maybe you should try to shange switch #2, its for the output level of the video signal.

That's all my ideas, sorry to not be of more use.

Just an FYI- If the I/O's LED is blinking, it means there is a voltage issue. Resolve that before you troubleshoot anything else.

Also, when you insert the DVD and close the tray, make sure you turn the system off for a minimum of 30 seconds before you attempt to boot it.

If all you're getting is a black screen, your resolution dip settings are either incorrect, or your motherboard it dead.
