Worth noting the gun board could have a burnt out IC, I talked to Ken about this and although the gun etc still work there could be a burnt/damaged IC.

Just so you know when these things are brand new, guns, sensors, gun board, the accuracy is amazing..

Yep, it won't work 100% if you leave it on the UR dip switch setting, as X axis will be reversed and cause all sorts of issue.

One thing that is odd is HOTD2 calibration seems spot on on default setting.
