Just use a small flathead screwdriver and pry up about 1/4" at a time from each end... it'll come out pretty quick.



MAKE SURE you put it in the new board correctly. It fits 2 ways but only works one way and you may damage it if you plut it in backwards.



There's a notch on one end to signify which way to install it.
