Error 03 79C100

I have 4 naomi 1 mobo's and they all lost their serial numbers. I have swapped the 79C100 eeprom and got the error 03 problem solved. Does anybody know how to re-program the eeprom. I do have a burner

Take a read of the good one, and then duplicate??

Thanks for replying Andy. Found out that this chip cannot be read, Security protected. It needs a password and after 8 incorrect tries it resets. So I will not be attempting to read it. Maybe someone will know where I can buy these Chips programmed else the Mobo's will have to be sent in for repairs
