I found 2 loose wires which seem like there is no place for them to plug in to so I don't think that is causing the problem.
I got it working on an external monitor. When its hooked up to the external monitor the green and amber lights do not lite up on the JAMMA harness adapter which seems strange to me. However, when the external monitor is not plugged in, the harness lites up the green and amber LEDs, but the cab monitor does not work. I took a quick video of it with my dads cam. Sorry for the poor quality but I'm hoping you can spot something I'm missing.

I plugged a stereo into the black outlet in the back and it worked, so there is power flowing through the back. The computer works fine now and functions fine with the external monitor. I tried messing around with the dual screen options in XP but that did not do anything.
Is it possible that the monitor got broke during the trip? It was only victim to the bumps on the ride home, it never got dropped or anything. Are these monitors known for their strength or can this just be a common issue? I'm going to try to do some research online to see what I can find.
If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong please feel free to post and let me know.
