Crazy Taxi Steering Wheel Connection

My Crazy Taxi steering wheel isnt connected to the steering column. I am able to freely pull it off and on. Was wondering what part I am in need of to bee able to secure it in place.

Sit down or stand up? Also do you mean JUST the wheel itself?

Sit down and I did mean just the wheel itself. Appears as if the wheel has 3 holes were screws would connect to it.

There is a cover in the center of the wheel that takes 3 bolts. Take that off and there should be some bolts under it that hold it on. If you need me to i can take mine apart.
