Best way to make temp credit button?

my credit boards packed up and i am waiting on a new one but in the mean time whats the best way to do a wiring hack to alow for a credit button.



yes i know you can set it to free play bit i rather like the insert credit flashing on the screen as some games free play dont flash and rather not damage my screen as its mint.

Use service button, you can have upto 9 service credits

that still requires me to open up the cab press service was thinking more about having one i can just wire out the coin return for temp perps till my credit board and coin mech arrives

Just set it on freeplay.



You'd only burn your CRT if you run the same game with a static screen for at least 1 year.

I agree. And if you still insist on temp wiring the coin switch, it is pin4 on the 12-pin connector that goes into the credit board.

its only a temp mesure till i get my credit board i know its bit lame but also my test and service switch panel is on the fritz as they dont always work then have to result to going down opening the bottom up and using the ones on the mobo should realy order a new one.
