I have one of these. If I remember correctly, it is not actually JVS compliant. It is the Namco system 246 (the system it was made for) that accepts JVS input. This item has been labeled incorrectly as you can see it has no USB type connector.
There is usually a few Sega Jamma boards on Ebay, but it looks like you happened land on a little dry spell. Give it a little time and you will find them or you can browse the Market section as there might be members selling it.
