Although the bios link under Naomi2 says EPR-23605B, when the file is extracted it is actually EPR-23608 which is the Export bios.

I've attempted to bring this to the attention of the moderators of this site, but this has not yet changed. :smt018

I've just corrected the mistake, but still need a Japan N2 bios to add to the database :smt017

Unless Andy gives you one, I can download the N2 Japan bios from the ROM I have. I need to find my ROM stuff, which will probably be tomorrow. If Andy gives one before hand, please post that you have it.
