Please Help! My Arcade Marvel VS Capcom 2 doesn't work! Whenever I turn it on all I get is this flickering green screen! Anyone out there know how to fix it? Thank you.

Sounds like your Naomi mob is stuck in 31k, needs to be in 15k on some monitors.
