Quicky: Capcom games working on Original V1 Sega I/O

I may be picking up a naomi cabinet soon and I dream of mine is to own some Capcom fighters.

Is it even possible to have the extra 3 buttons to work on the standard sega I/O?

I also got another question.

How hard is it to convert a standard Zombie Revenge to a 2P 6 button cabinet?

Mainly asking about converting my Sega JVS Version 1 to a standard 6 button output.
